Ron Will
Ron brings two decades of experience in financial operations and corporate finance to BrightRoll. As chief financial officer, Ron oversees BrightRoll’s finance, corporate development and human resources operations.
Prior to joining BrightRoll, Ron spent seven years at Yahoo!. As treasurer of Yahoo!, Ron managed global treasury operations, investment management, risk management, capital structure and capital market activities for over three years. Ron formerly served as a senior member of Yahoo!’s corporate finance group, where he was the finance lead for a number of impactful acquisitions, investments and joint ventures including Flickr, Rivals, Whereonearth, the Yahoo! joint venture and Musicmatch. Prior to joining Yahoo!, Ron spent 12 years in investment banking working at Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers and Bank of America with clients in the technology and media sector on M&A and capital raising transactions.
Ron has a BA with honors from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Dartmouth College, where he was a Tuck Scholar.
